- “Products” refers to CCTV cameras, recorders, and accessories sold by the Company.
- “Customer” refers to the individual or organization purchasing Products from the Company.
2. General Terms
- Acceptance: By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
3. Orders and Payment
- Order Placement: The Customer may place orders for Products through the Company’s website, phone, or email.
- Payment Terms: Payment for Products shall be made in advance through credit/debit card, net banking, or other payment methods accepted by the Company.
- Prices: Prices for Products shall be as specified on the Company’s website or quoted by the Company’s representatives.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery: The Company shall deliver Products to the Customer’s specified address.
- Shipping: Shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer unless otherwise specified by the Company.
- Delivery Timeframe: Delivery timeframe shall be as specified on the Company’s website or quoted by the Company’s representatives.
5. Warranty and Support

- Indirect Damages: The Company disclaims liability for indirect damages, including consequential damages, punitive damages, and special damages.
10. Indemnification
- Customer Indemnification: The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and subsidiaries against any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to the Customer’s use of Products.
11. Termination
- Termination: The Company may terminate these Terms and Conditions and the Customer’s access to Products at any time without notice.
- Survival: Sections 7-11 shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
- Effective Date 01-01-2025: Changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
13. Disclaimer – HomeWell India
- We would like to clarify that HomeWell India does not provide installation or maintenance services directly.
- All installation work is carried out by third-party installation partners.
- Any installation charges, extra charges or service-related costs are the responsibility of the third-party installer.
- HomeWell India is not responsible for any additional fees taken by installation partners.
- We are not liable for incomplete work, delays or missing items caused during installation by third-party partners.
- If there is any issue related to the product, HomeWell India will support it as per the warranty and company policies.
